Our Story

When we were little, even though we were too lazy to go outside and walk to the bakery, the biggest pleasure for us was to tear off almost half of that warm bread from every corner and eat it. There is no one who does not miss that taste in their mouth and that smell that does not leave their nose. The place of these old, beautiful bread smells that left a mark on everyone is very special in the life of Savaş, the son of Demirali Özaydemir, who was a baker father in the 50s. Most of his free time after school was spent working at his father's bakery. Savaş never stopped being a child and never missed the hour of refreshing the yeast that was his duty. Even while playing football, he always kept an eye on the clock and ran to the bakery when it was time to refresh the yeast and then returned to his game. Not only Savaş, but his brothers were also dedicated to this job. While Savaş was dealing with yeast, his brothers would work as dough kneaders and paddlers in their free time after school. The bakeries established in the early years of our Republic continued to leave beautiful memories in our taste buds for about thirty years. Those breads made by his father were the most delicious and carefully crafted breads in Eskişehir, and maybe even in the whole country, for Savaş Özaydemir.

From those days to these days, the love for producing bread inside Savaş Özaydemir, who is now one of Turkey's most successful industrialists, is an ever-burning flame.

During the pandemic period that came with the year 2020, when we all had to stay home, Savaş Özaydemir, who has spent almost his entire life working and producing, could not stop working and designed the entire factory himself in his home office.

In the 100th year of our Republic, with the joy and pride of realizing this longstanding dream, and at the same time perpetuating his father's name, Demirali Bread Factory is back in production in modern production facilities with traditional technology, creating a difference by kneading and producing with its special yeast and purity, and with a closed area of 10,000 square meters.

Demirali Bread, with its purity and special yeast, will bring us the unique tastes of a secret recipe that has been passed down from the early years of the Republic to the present day.
